Joey Dean Brings Economic Experience to Flake & Kelley (Movers & Shakers)

Joey Dean has joined the brokerage team of Flake & Kelley Commercial’s governmental consulting division, which is led by former Little Rock Mayor Jim Dailey. His past experience in economic development is expected to be an asset in helping Flake & Kelley build up its industrial division.
Dean comes to Flake & Kelley from the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he was vice president of economic development. He also served as executive director of the Metro Little Rock Alliance.
Dean is a 1991 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He was recognized as one of Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40 in 2004, when he was manager of business development for the state agency now known as the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, and he was named Arkansas’ Outstanding Economic Developer in 2008. He is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute and Leadership Greater Little Rock.
